Bolo Reich

Well, this is it.  The first release of Bolo Reich, a Bolo Map editor for the PC.  Its probably still got a few bugs, and its not very well documented and tested, but you *can* make proper bolo maps with it.  Try it!

All the commands are fairly obvious.  The only hidden feature is that if you right-click on the map you cancel the drawing and activate select.

In following version i hope to add more documentation, more features like an auto-centre of maps, and the ability to cut and paste pillboxes, bases, and starting positions.
